Learning to relax and meditate is the first tool for self-listening. One of the first experiences that students make when they come into contact with the International School of Self-Awareness is to meet the practice of self-listening: observation, relaxation, meditation.
The practice of self-listening, known as the Inner Art of Discipline, has accompanied humanity since its origins. This practice can help students to harmonize their different instinctive, emotional and intellectual needs, helping them to experience how these three dimensions, when they work together, can produce a state of well-being, harmony and focus.
Through the educational kits, octaves, advanced study courses and activities of the working groups, students are led to meet and explore a variety of techniques, such as: observation, relaxation, visualization, meditation, Vipassana and listening to the silence.
