Movements and sacred dances

The tradition of Movements and Sacred Dances, recovered in the Western world by G.I. Gurdjieff and later popularized by J. de Salzmann, revives the ancient disciplines dedicated to self-study, in which the dimension of time, rhythm, cadence and intensity becomes  a practical tool to discover a greater perceptive ability.

Today, when inserted into a wider dimension, explored by spontaneous, free and synchronic movement, by the 164 basic movements and the various “Canons”, this discipline helps to encounter a language that allows the body to express itself in new ways.
